MIDD 2020 was postponed due to the pandemic. This year Turkey celebrates the centennial of the foundation of the Republic; however, the celebrations have been overshadowed by the devastating earthquake… We have all lost friends or family members – there are no words to describe our pain. We will heal this wound with the efforts of each and every member of society. Of course, this will be a very long process, during which we must work even harder.

The speed of transformation and development in the global dental industry requires us to steam ahead with our work. With our commitment to science, our organization committee has been working very hard to bring you numerous speakers with vast experience as well as all stakeholders of the industry…

We are hopeful that being together on the centennial of our country will strengthen our sense of professional solidarity. We hope that, after this difficult time for Turkey, we will come together with great hopes for the future at the Mediterranean International Dental Days in Antalya, which is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
