It is a very limited number of quotas and special pricing for a VERY SHORT TIME. It is recommended to take advantage of the Super Advantage price. This price may be cancelled at any time.

After the ADVANTAGEOUS REGISTRATION prices, the VERY LIMITED QUORUM and LIMITED TIME prices will be activated.

This period will be activated at the end of the EARLY REGISTRATION period. It will be evaluated for the remaining room quotas in the Hotel-Congress Centre. The duration is not certain.

STANDARD REGISTRATION period will be activated at the end of the period and the prices will be opened 15 days before the congress start date at most. They are fully proportional to the available room quota at the hotel and no guarantee is given in case of availability.

• Accommodation fee; 2 nights accommodation in all-inclusive concept (7 November 2025 check-in, 9 November 2025 check-out) is included.

• Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

• Accommodation fees include 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax.

• Sponsor companies must have completed all payments before the meeting. For each one month delay in payments, +10% interest will be applied over the total invoice amount.

• VAT will be added to all stand and sponsorship prices. Any changes in VAT rates will be reflected in the prices at the same rate.

• Payment of all amounts included in the Stand & Sponsorship file must be deposited into the bank account specified below and the document regarding the payment must be sent to the meeting organisation secretariat via e-mail or fax.

• The fees stated in the sponsorship dossier and budgets are excluding VAT; official VAT rates will be added to stand, registration - accommodation, transfer, sponsorship and various fees.

• In accordance with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Finance V.U.K., any changes in the tax rates specified in the budget or additional tax liabilities will be reflected at the same rate.

• Cancellation of all registration, accommodation, sponsorship and/or booth transactions is not possible and will not be accepted. However, with the approval of the Scientific Secretariat and Organising Secretariat, they can be transferred and other persons and institutions can take over the rights.

• The Congress Secretariat has the right to cancel booth and sponsorship reservations if the required payment is not made by the specified dates.

• Credit Card Payment Visa/Mastercard cards can be used for booth and sponsorship payments. Please request a credit card authorisation form from the Congress Secretariat. A 3% commission amount is added for credit card payments.

• Payment by Bank Transfer For all payments to be made by bank transfer, all possible bank charges must be paid by the sponsoring company. Bank account information is as follows:
